Yoga

Private gentle/restorative yoga sessions are available through The Peaceful Peacock.  The benefits of yoga are endless:

  • Helps manage/eliminate physical pain

  • Increases flexibility/mobility

  • Reduces stress/anxiety/depression

  • Combats insomnia 

  • Increases relation/mindfulness

  • Improves heart health/lowers blood pressure

  • Increases energy and promotes positive mood(s)
